President Putin has once again declined to respond to the unconditional ceasefire proposal presented by the United States, which has received backing from Ukraine and European nations. By dismissing the ceasefire and refusing dialogue with Ukraine, Russia demonstrates its lack of interest in achieving peace and appears to be stalling for time by prolonging the conflict. In light of this situation, as the European Political Community convenes for a summit in Tirana, we will persist in our collaboration with our European allies, the United States, and the Coalition of the willing to formulate a cohesive response.
