As Fiji addresses the rising number of HIV cases, the Ministry of Health received a significant boost yesterday (02:05:2025) with the arrival of $263,000 worth of crucial medical supplies and equipment.

 Sponsored by the Fijian Government through the UNDP procurement system, the Ministry is now better equipped with vital medications and diagnostic supplies for HIV, STIs, Hepatitis B, and TB. Health Minister Hon. Atonio Lalabalavu stated that this handover represents a major advancement in tackling one of Fiji's most pressing public health challenges.
