This individual, who has since gained notoriety as one of the hospital's most recognized patients, arrived at the emergency room with a severe urinary issue.

Initially, he was unable to expel any urine and was also experiencing intense pain in his lower abdomen. Upon examination by the on-call urologist, it became apparent that an unusual green object resembling a piece of string was protruding from the patient's glans penis. The removal of this object proved to be extremely painful for the patient, who was unable to articulate how it had come to be lodged there. X-rays were conducted to investigate further, revealing an unexpected finding: a lengthy piece of cable was located within the patient's bladder, with one end extending from his penis. The patient remained unaware of how it had ended up in that location. Surgery was deemed necessary to extract the object, and when the procedure was performed shortly thereafter—due to the acute nature of the obstruction—a 6-meter-long coiled green plastic cable was retrieved. The patient later confessed, albeit with reluctance, that he had inserted it for personal gratification. Dubbed 'Cable Guy,' this patient was ultimately saved; however, it is unfortunate that he suffers from significant mental health issues, leading him to repeat such actions with various objects. One thing is certain—when Cable Guy arrives, he is unlikely to depart anytime soon.
