Dear Esteemed Recipients, We reach out to you today not as a form of protest, but rather through a legal instrument deeply rooted in our most cherished traditions — the Grand Jury, a foundational element of justice and public accountability that predates the establishment of Parliament itself.

This is not a political maneuver. It bears no partisanship. It is a lawful declaration — a definitive stand. We, the undersigned citizens of Canada, are asserting our common law right to initiate a Grand Jury investigation under the Canadian Bill of Rights and established legal precedent. We demand that the Courts of Competent Jurisdiction and the Federal Court across Canada empower Grand Juries composed of 23 randomly selected citizens to examine any criminal and civil misconduct by officials and institutions. THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS INITIATIVE: We are currently facing a widespread crisis of trust. Public institutions are failing to serve the populace effectively.
1. We have witnessed manipulated inquiries, such as the Public Order Emergency Commission (POEC), which has been led by politically appointed judges lacking prosecutorial power. We demand an end to these ineffective inquiries that lack independence and genuine authority.
2. We have suffered through mandated smart meter installations, vaccine-related injuries, electoral interference, land expropriations, and policies influenced by foreign interests, all imposed on Canadians without their consent or meaningful discussion.
3. We are enduring increasing levels of censorship, surveillance, and coercion, as Parliament becomes sidelined, courts become politicized, and executive power expands unchecked. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST. THIS IS A LEGAL STRATEGY.: The Grand Jury is not a mere tool for protest — it is a constitutionally recognized process for the populace to: - Investigate crimes within criminal jurisdiction. - Examine public institutions, including prisons, hospitals, and government offices. - Address and take action on public complaints regarding abuses of authority. This is our lawful right, and we are exercising it. We implore you to join us in this effort. To Members of Parliament: Advocate for your constituents by supporting this legal initiative and championing the call for independent inquiries free from partisan influence.
To Police and Military Personnel: Remember your oath. Uphold the law. The people are not your adversaries — they are the reason for your service. To Faith Leaders: Speak out. The moral compass of our communities must remain active while tyranny masquerades as "security" and "advancement.
