The Commission intends to collaborate with Interpol and various international agencies to achieve this goal. EFCC spokesperson Dele Oyewale made these statements during an interview on Channels Television, firmly rejecting any notion that the Commission would overlook the victims of the scam. This assurance comes amid rising concerns regarding the significant financial losses experienced by Nigerians who invested in CryptoBank Exchange, a digital investment platform currently under investigation for fraudulent activities totaling N1.3 trillion. In response to doubts about the EFCC's commitment, Oyewale stated, "No, certainly not. It would be highly irresponsible and unprofessional for the EFCC to suggest that there's nothing we can do about this.
