The National Weather Service reports that a tornado formed near a local school, causing extensive damage over a stretch of about eight blocks in just yesterday.

Fortunately, there have been no reports of injuries. An EF-1 tornado swept through Princeton, Indiana, on Thursday, as dramatic video footage captured the scene of debris swirling through neighborhoods before the tornado removed the roof from a residence.

Several homes and Princeton Community High School experienced damage, but thankfully, there were no injuries. PRINCETON, Ind. – Authorities are currently assessing the damage left by the EF-1 tornado that hit Princeton in southern Indiana on Thursday.
