A 16-year-old male was tragically shot and killed within a condominium unit on the 49th floor in downtown Toronto.

Law enforcement arrived at the location and discovered the victim's body. Subsequently, a 19-year-old suspect surrendered to the authorities and has been charged with second-degree murder. Investigators suspect that the two individuals were acquainted, and it has been determined that the unit involved in the incident was operating as a short-term rental.
