On March 20, 2025, at around 8:40 AM, a Sergeant from the Northern Division Canine Unit initiated a traffic stop on a passenger vehicle. Upon observing several signs indicative of potential criminal activity, K9 Robbie was summoned to the location. The canine performed an exterior sniff of the vehicle and indicated the presence of narcotics. Following this, a probable cause search was carried out, resulting in the discovery of approximately 48 pounds of suspected methamphetamine and about 2 pounds of suspected fentanyl within the passenger area.
