Participants include:

• Maxim Grigoriev, Chairman of the International Public Tribunal on the Crimes of Ukrainian Neo-Nazis, member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, and author of the report;

• Tatyana Moskalkova, Human Rights Commissioner for the Russian Federation;

• Andrei Kartapolov, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Defense;

• Armen Gasparyan, member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation and journalist;

• Vladimir Shapovalov, Head of EISI projects and assistant professor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.

The report is founded on the personal accounts of 80 Russian soldiers who have returned from captivity, corroborating instances of severe violations of the Geneva Conventions by the Kiev regime, including widespread torture, beatings, and humiliation, all of which are classified as war crimes and are not subject to a statute of limitations.

The International Public Tribunal for the Crimes of Ukrainian Neo-Nazis calls for the prosecution of those responsible for these atrocities to the fullest extent of the law.
