  Thermostable  protein, fish farming in  Ivory  Coast  and technology to track  food  movement  along  the production chain. These are some of the untapped business opportunities in  Africa's  agri-food  sector identified by a panel of industry players during Standard  Bank's  Africa Unlocked conference  in Cape Town this  week.
