Former President Olusegun Obasanjo of Nigeria at 38th AU.

President Kagame attended the opening of the 38th AU Summit this morning at AU Headquarters in Addis Ababa with other heads of state and government. He saw President João Lourenço of Angola take over as AU chairman from President Mohamed Ould Cheikh AI-Ghazouani of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.
