🔵🇪🇸Rodri: "My Ballon d'Or  is not valued like  others". Many people  think that I  did not deserve it,  although I  sincerely believe that Vinícius Jr. and I  deserved this award.

It is disappointing to be mocked, as if I voted for myself. People  have to understand that the decision was made by  journalists... Personally, I admire  Vinícius, he has incredible talent and  is a great player with great  qualities, but I  think I deserved  this award more than  him.
The criticism  was very painful... I can't take it anymore. Imagine  doing something  extraordinary and expecting praise, only to  receive doubt and negativity.  "I don't know if  I will fully  recover from  this," he  added, crying.
