Later  in the day, he will  present the  country's highest civilian honor to billionaire George Soros, the progressive  political philanthropist who has poured billions into funding far-left causes,  weak prosecutors, and  anti-government protests — Israeli women on campus.
Apparently,  injecting millions into chaos is now  "strengthening democracy."
Soros, 94,  has supported prosecutors like Alvin  Bragg, who have been accused of putting  smart priorities  ahead of public safety.
But don't  worry, the White House calls him a champion of  "social justice."
Hillary will also  receive a  medal, I guess Biden decided it was  his turn  to get a consolation  prize.
