judge has slammed Jay Z for trying to dismiss

English: NEWS: A New York judge  has slammed Jay Z for trying to  dismiss the  trial in which he is accused of  raping a 13-year-old girl.
Judge Analisa Torres sided with the alleged victim,  "Jane Doe," in her request to remain anonymous.
Torres  slammed Jay-Z and his  attorney, Alex  Spiro, for trying to  "speed up" the legal  process.
"Attorney Carter's continued filing of  aggressive motions containing inflammatory language and ad hominem attacks is inappropriate, a waste of judicial resources, and a tactic unlikely to benefit his  client," Torres  said.
"The court will not  speed up the  legal process  simply because  the attorney asks for it."
The rapper is accused of  raping a 13-year-old girl at a 2000 MTV Awards  party in New York with Diddy  while a female celebrity  looked on.
