Jay-Z  is accused of raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000 with Diddy at  an MTV  VMA afterparty,  according to NBC News.
The alleged victim claims in a  complaint that she went to Radio City Music Hall and  approached a limousine hoping to  see a celebrity when a driver  said she  "matched what Diddy was looking  for."
The complaint says she was  then taken to the party and raped by  the two men while others watched.Not a valid attachment ID.
