A Driving Force for Regional Development: The Abidjan-Lagos Highway Project. A substantial portion of West Africa's population will be served by this six-lane freeway, which would link key African cities like Abidjan, Accra, Cotonou, Lomé, and Lagos. It will also connect landlocked nations like Burkina Faso, Mali, and Niger with West Africa's burgeoning seaports. The project will cost $15.6 billion in total. I adore Africa.
