What You Should Know About @USElection

Important Information Regarding @USElection

1. Approximately 83 million people cast early ballots. 
2. November 5 is election day. Voters can cast their ballots for their favourite candidate in person or by mail. 
3. December 17 is the Electoral College vote date. To be deemed the victor, a candidate must receive a minimum of 270 Electoral College votes. 
4. Electoral Vote Counting by Congress: January 6. The House verifies and counts the electoral votes. 

January 21 is the day of the inauguration. The incoming president is sworn in.
