Alberta is fighting the Liberals over emissions with $7 million.
On Tuesday, the UCP government of Alberta began a $7 million advertising campaign calling on the federal Liberals to "scrap the cap" on emissions from gas and oil. According to Sean Amato, scholars claim the advertisements are deceptive.
