Following a bus collision in Toronto's east end, a woman is in critical condition

After being hit by a bus in Toronto's east end on Wednesday afternoon, a woman is in serious and perhaps fatal condition.

Just after 4 p.m., emergency personnel were summoned to a collision scene near Kingswood and Kingston roads, west of Victoria Park Avenue.

According to police, the woman had major injuries and was taken right away to the hospital.

Uncertainty surrounds the circumstances of the crash.

For the duration of the investigation, Kingston Road was blocked between Scarborough Road and Bingham Avenue. Since then, the road has reopened.




Toronto police responded to three crashes this afternoon, including the incident.

Officers were called to the intersection of Lake Shore Boulevard West and Third Street in Etobicoke at 4:25 p.m. for a collision involving a motorcycle and another vehicle.

Authorities stated a man with severe but non-life-threatening injuries was brought to the hospital.

According to the authorities, the driver of the car stayed at the site. The reason behind the crash is being looked into.

Around 5:20 p.m., a third collision involving an e-bike and another car happened close to Keele Street and Saint Regis Crescent, south of Finch Avenue West.


According to authorities, a man was taken to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.

The car's driver remained on the scene. It took some time to determine what caused the collision.
