"As we celebrate the 140th anniversary of the Saskatoon Ex, our team had an amazing time at the Exhibition Parade with Carla Beck and fellow MLAs. The excitement was palpable, and we're thrilled to be a part of this iconic event that brings our community together.

Beyond the festivities, we can't help but think about the immense potential that Saskatchewan holds. Our province is rich in resources, including uranium and critical minerals, which are essential for a sustainable energy future. Moreover, we have a skilled workforce capable of driving innovation and growth.

However, it's crucial to acknowledge that we're currently missing out on value-added opportunities, with much of the processing happening outside our province. We believe it's time to seize this moment and develop a bold, comprehensive strategy for a nuclear supply chain and workforce that will propel our economy forward.

The Saskatchewan NDP is committed to collaborating with energy leaders across Canada to create a more strategic approach to our energy future. We're working tirelessly to develop a plan that will benefit not only our province but also the globe. We look forward to sharing our proposal with the public this fall and gathering feedback from the community.
