🔹 Yostin Andres Mosquera, a 35-year-old man, has been convicted of the double murder of civil partners Albert Alfonso, 62, and Paul Longworth, 71. The heinous crime took place in their Shepherd's Bush residence in July 2024.

👮 The investigation revealed that Mosquera committed the murders with extreme brutality, using a hammer to attack Paul and stabbing Albert 22 times before decapitating him. He documented parts of the gruesome assault on video and attempted to conceal their dismembered remains in suitcases, which he abandoned near the Clifton Suspension Bridge in Bristol.

💔 The case has left a profound impact on the community and the investigating officers, who have labeled it as one of the most disturbing in their careers. Despite Mosquera's plea of manslaughter, the jury at Woolwich Crown Court returned a unanimous verdict of guilty on the charge of murder.

💻 The court proceedings have drawn widespread attention to the horrific nature of the crimes, and the sentencing for Mosquera is scheduled for October 24.

💔 Our hearts go out to the families and friends of Albert and Paul, who have had to endure this unspeakable tragedy. May their memories be a blessing, and may justice be served.
