I am excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned .Net Lead to join our team at Accion Labs in Toronto, working remotely. As a Senior Manager-Recruitment, I am seeking a highly skilled individual to lead a team of developers in building cutting-edge .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of developers to design, architect, and implement scalable backend solutions and RESTful APIs
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases on time
* Ensure adherence to coding standards, code reviews, and DevOps practices

Required Skills:

* Expertise in C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, and Web API development
* Solid experience with SQL Server or other relational databases
* Familiarity with front-end integration (Angular, React, or Blazor is a plus)
* In-depth understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices
* Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
* Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and agile methodologies
* Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have:

* Experience leading cross-functional teams and offshore coordination
* Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
* Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code
