### Job Description:

We are seeking a self-disciplined individual with exceptional interpersonal skills to join our team as a Dishwasher. Responsibilities include:

- Bringing clean dishes, flatware, and other items to the serving areas and setting tables.
- Cleaning and sanitizing dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
- Clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs.
- Loading bus pans and trays.
- Operating dishwashers to clean dishes, glasses, and flatware.
- Placing dishes in the storage area.
- Replenishing condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
- Sanitizing and washing dishes and other items by hand.
- Cleaning pots and pans.
- Tracking the quantities of food consumed.
- Portioning and wrapping food.
- Preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items.
- Stocking refrigerators and salad bars.
- Cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, including work surfaces, cabinets, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- Handling and storing cleaning products.
- Receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies in designated areas.
- Removing kitchen waste and trash regularly.
- Sharpening kitchen knives.
- Sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors.
- Washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.

### Job Requirements:

- Fluency in English.
- Experience is an asset.
- Food Safety Certificate is required.
- Ability to handle up to 23 kg (50 lbs) of weight.
- Experience operating a conventional oven, deep fryer, and grill.
