German police make second arrest in connection with festival stabbing attack

According to German police, they have detained a second suspect in connection with the ISIS terror group's alleged knife attack at a street fair that left three people dead.

In the western city of Solingen, police say they made the arrest at an asylum-seeker shelter not far from the site of yesterday's incident.
