Lethbridge Police have reported a significant drug bust in the downtown area, confiscating a large quantity of illicit substances with an estimated street value of over $372,000.

The seizure included 1,137 grams of fentanyl, 120 grams of cocaine, and 58 grams of methamphetamine, along with a sawed-off .22 caliber shotgun and nearly $10,000 in cash. The operation was prompted by a tip from a concerned citizen who noticed suspicious activity in a parking lot. The arrest of the two individuals involved in the incident has led to charges for drug trafficking, firearm offenses, and other related crimes. The Lethbridge Police Service emphasizes the importance of community members reporting such incidents to assist in keeping the city safe and combating the drug problem.
