Alberta is energized and making significant strides in advancing our oil and gas industry, as we understand that enhancing energy security and alleviating energy poverty are interconnected goals.

We are generating more conventional energy than ever before, reducing emissions, taking the lead in hydrogen and carbon capture technologies, and providing stability to a tumultuous global landscape.

Pipelines, innovation, and partnerships with Indigenous communities exemplify what nation-building entails. Canada has the potential and the responsibility to lead the global energy sector with resources sourced right here in Alberta. All that is required now is for the federal government to affirmatively respond, and we will take it from there.

Let us aim high, aspire for even greater achievements, and never shy away from our role in energizing the world.
