RCMP) has provided an update on the missing persons

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has provided an update on the missing persons investigation concerning Lilly and Jack Sullivan. As of today, ground search efforts are ongoing and planned to continue tomorrow in the Gairloch Road area.

The RCMP has enlisted the help of more than 75 searchers from various ground search and rescue organizations from Colchester County, Pictou County, East Hants, Halifax, Strait Area, Springhill, and Pugwash. The focus of the search is on specific areas around Gairloch Road and the nearby pipeline, where a boot print was previously found, which is a significant lead in the case. The public is requested to stay away from the search area to allow the trained professionals to conduct their work without interference. The decision on further searches will be based on the evolving investigation.
