Dear All, we at J&M Group are looking for ** Mainframe Support Executive*  *for a Toronto,ON  HYBRID(Contract ).
 
Skill Set Required:Key Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing application support in a mainframe environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Create and configure alerts and monitors for proactive issue identification.
Work with technologies such as COBOL, JCL, DBZ, and IMS DB.
• Participate in on-call support rotation for 24/7 systems.
• Ensure timely issue resolution with detailed documentation and escalation where requin
Essential Skills:
• Hands-on experience with Mainframe technologies: COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS DB
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to create custom monitoring alerts and logs
• Familiarity with application support processes and incident resolution workflows
