To the constituents of Calgary Skyview,

It has been my privilege to represent you in Ottawa as your Member of Parliament. Together, we have achieved significant progress, including investments in housing, public infrastructure, and social programs that have benefited our local communities.

With the upcoming 2025 election, I will be running in the new riding of Calgary McKnight, which encompasses over half of the existing Calgary Skyview riding. Until the election is called, I remain committed to serving you.

As we stand at a critical juncture in our nation's history, I urge each of you to consider what you can do for Canada. Our long-standing partnership with the United States, built on shared ideals, is no longer reliable under the current American government. The moral and strategic alliance we once counted on has fractured. 

I have faith in the American people and will continue to embrace the leadership generations of Americans have shown, leading the global community with compassion and creating economic opportunity.

However, as Canadians, we now need to show spine, to do whatever it takes to protect our sovereignty, our workers, and our industry. Our political leaders have come together—now it is time for each of us to lead in our communities.

I urge you to take a stand: reconsider purchasing American goods, avoid travel to the United States, and refrain from supporting the American economy. The U.S. government has abandoned its commitments, using false pretenses to break a legally binding treaty signed by President Trump. This was never about the border or drugs—it was an excuse to disregard international agreements.

Canada is strong. By working together and leveraging the talent and innovation of millions of Canadians, we will build new opportunities and secure a prosperous future—on our terms. It is time to build. 🇨🇦
