Anthony Pritzker, the billionaire heir to the Hyatt Hotels empire, has  put his  sprawling Los Angeles estate  up for sale for $195 million. The  50,000-square-foot mansion was completed in 2012 by the late architect Ed Tuttle and sits on a 6-acre  lot with sweeping views of Los Angeles from downtown to the Pacific Ocean. The development of  the home was a multi-year project, requiring the  purchase of multiple parcels of land from 2001 to 2005, with the final purchase  coming in at $14.7 million. Pritzker's commitment to architectural excellence is evident in every corner, using imported Italian limestone and custom oak  trim. This mansion known as  "The Angelo  Estate" is the  third largest estate in Los Angeles, after The One and The Manor.
