President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has arrived in Katsina State today, commencing a two-day working visit that was warmly welcomed by Governor Dikko Umaru Radda.

The President promptly inspected a guard of honour before addressing the troops of the Nigerian armed forces stationed in the area. A distinguished delegation accompanied Governor Radda to greet the President, which included Borno State Governor Babagana Zulum, Umar Namadi of Jigawa, Kaduna Governor Uba Sani, APC National Chairman Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, former Katsina Governor Ibrahim Shema, former Governor Aminu Bello Masari, and Minister of Agriculture and Food Security Abubakar Kyari.
The reception committee was further complemented by Katsina's Deputy Governor Faruk Lawal Jobe, State Assembly Speaker Rt. Hon. Nasir Yahaya Daura, and Presidential Aide Alhaji Ibrahim Kabir Masari.
