An Iyaganku Magistrates' Court, Ibadan, on Thursday remanded   3  suspects, Sheu Babuga, 20, Bunbe Densi and Sanda Ali, 19, in a correctional facility in Ibadan, over an alleged   try and  kidnap.
The trio, whose addresses   had been  now no longer  provided,   had been  charged with conspiracy and   try and  kidnap.

The Magistrate, Mrs Olasinmibo Sanusi-Zubair did   now no longer  take the plea of the defendants for   need  of jurisdiction.

She directed the police   to go back  the case   document  to the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) for   felony  advice.

She adjourned the case   till  Sept. 30, for mention.

The prosecutor, Insp Oladejo Balogun   instructed  the   courtroom docket  that the defendants   devoted  the offences on June 19, at   approximately  10.30 a.m, at Olooro village,   thru  Sepeteri-Ibadan   explicit  road.

Balogun   stated  that the defendants unlawfully   tried  to kidnap Azeez Adebaye   on the  aforementioned road.

He   stated  the offences contravened Section   five  of the Oyo State Kidnapping Prohibition law, 2016.
