Carla Beck:Saskatchewan hospitals and maintain open emergency rooms

Tomorrow's provincial budget must include a plan to fully staff Saskatchewan hospitals and maintain open emergency rooms.  Public education requires adequate funding; our children are our future.  Saskatchewan's healthcare and education systems, once nationally leading, now lag behind after 17 years of Sask. Party governance.
