Alberta aims to increase its oil and gas production twofold. This objective is the reason for our presence in Houston during CERA Week, as we seek to explore new global markets for Alberta's energy resources.

Today, Minister @BrianJeanAB and I inaugurated Alberta House, which will serve as our central hub for CERA Week activities. Additionally, we officially launched the Alberta Royalty Credit Program. This initiative will enable Alberta's Petroleum Marketing Commission to handle our Bitumen barrels directly for international sales. Consequently, Alberta can now market its crude oil directly, thereby enhancing the value received by the rightful owners of this resource: the people of Alberta.
