Russia has issued a response to French President Emmanuel Macron and Europe following his recent address.

Maria Zakharova, spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, has characterized President Macron as "disconnected from reality" for labeling Russia as a threat to Europe.

Additionally, Moscow has condemned Macron's proposal to "subject European allies to France's nuclear protection," as reported by Ria Novosti.

"He makes utterly outrageous statements daily that contradict his earlier remarks. He is a storyteller," stated the spokesperson for the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
