TRUMP: I say Canada should be our 51st state

TRUMP: In my opinion, Canada ought to become the 51st state. Nothing, no tariffs. We provide them with military defence. In NATO, they rank around last. "Why should they spend on the military? The United States protects us," they argue. It's accurate. It's unfair. If they had to pay for themselves, they would not be able to exist.
