 Traffic on 401 heading west Although Highway 401 westbound at Cobourg is now at least partially open, traffic is expected to be delayed for some time this morning. The 401 was stopped for a few hours just before five in the morning due to a collision between two tractor trailers and the fire that followed. In the vicinity of Cobourg, traffic is currently moving west on the 401.
