Tanzania's President Arrives in Addis for the 38th African Union Summit Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan, the president of the United Republic of Tanzania, has travelled to Addis Ababa to participate in the 38th AUSummit. Chaltu Sani, the Minister of Urban and Infrastructure, welcomed the President warmly when he arrived at Bole International Airport.
