A homicide investigation is underway after a man was discovered dead in downtown

A   murder  research  is underway after   a person  become  observed  lifeless  early Sunday morning.

At   round  5:20 a.m. police   spoke back  to   reviews  of   a person  unresponsive on a sidewalk   at the  seven hundred  block of Fifth Street S.W.
