The Victory Trailhead in Los Angeles is now   a criminal offense  scene with one   man or woman  in custody   because the  Kenneth Fire spirals out of control,   in keeping with  NewsNation.

The suspect   is assumed  to have   commenced  the hearthplace  that has swelled to   almost  one thousand  acres.
