Adediji Moses, a man  suffering from Sickle Cell Disease (SC), has  expressed concern over the alleged  birth swap of his baby at LAUTECH Teaching Hospital. According to him,  although he is SC and his wife AA,  his baby was confirmed  to be SS after several medical tests, which experts say is biologically  unlikely.
Adediji claims he was threatened by the hospital while  seeking answers,  which forced him to remain silent for a  while.
He is  now calling on the government to intervene,  asking the hospital to provide proper care for the  baby. Adediji insists  that he is not  asking for the  child's return, but wants the hospital to  provide the best treatment and  care for the sickle-cell child, as the financial  pressure of managing the  disease has  left his family  destitute to the point of  begging on the streets.
