John also  spoke of his  "wild temper," saying he can snap "if I'm tired, exhausted,  overwhelmed." His temper was explored in a 1997 documentary  called Tantrums and Tiaras. But John also  attributes his ability to create  fast songs to his impatience,  saying, "It's really  easy. If I  find a lyric and I look  for it, the song  just comes  right out."
Her husband, David Furnish,  has released a new documentary, Elton John: Never Too Late,  directed by RJ Cutler, which  shows the veteran singer preparing for his final  North American concert at  Los Angeles' Dodger  Stadium, where he  played two sold-out  shows in  1975.
His headline  show at Glastonbury last year was his  final UK performance as part of a 330-date Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour, which  concluded with an  emotional show in Stockholm,  Sweden. Earlier this year, John became the 19th  artist to  achieve the coveted EGOT status  — winning an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony. In September, he  revealed on Instagram that his vision  was affected in his right eye after  contracting an  infection.
