Premier Smith Alberta promoting innovation and entrepreneurship.

This morning, I had the privilege of speaking with Alberta's brightest business leaders at the Young Presidents' Organization event.
Thank you Ashif Mawji for  his warm presentation and for  his outstanding leadership in  promoting innovation and  entrepreneurship.
We discussed Alberta's  unprecedented economic  momentum: 82,000 private sector jobs  created, record investments in energy and  technology, and a $4.6 billion surplus thanks to fiscal  responsibility.
But we also  discussed the challenges ahead, including  excessive federal  government intervention and the importance of  protecting Alberta's energy sector. The message was clear: Alberta is ready to lead, innovate, and protect our future  prosperity. Thank you to everyone who  participated in the conversation. Your  ideas and  collaboration are invaluable as we continue to make Alberta the best place to live,  work and do business.
