To identify the attack suspect, police need for help.

We are seeking the public's assistance in identifying the suspect in the assault that occurred in CF Market Mall last month.

On Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at around 4:15 p.m., four individuals are thought to have entered the Sport Chek at CF Market Mall, which is situated at 3625 Shaganappi Tr. N.W. The group was asked to leave the store by an employee who thought they were shoplifting. Without taking anything, the group departed.

Shortly after, one of the group members went back to the store, went up to the  worker, and sprayed the worker and bear spray on her coworker before driving out of the mall.

After receiving First Aid, the staff members didn't need to be taken to the hospital.


To date, every investigative method has failed to identify the suspect.
