Many users in Canada are expressing feelings of disappointment and frustration after their Facebook and Instagram accounts were deleted unexpectedly, without any clear explanation or option to appeal the decision.

In an email to CTV News, Albert Aziz remarked, "This account represents years of memories, friendships, and creative expression. Losing it with no recourse is emotionally exhausting and feels deeply unjust."
