Noramtec is seeking two highly experienced Senior Program Administrators to play a pivotal role in supporting a critical initiative within the Cyber Mission Assurance Program (CMAP) for a federal department. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the planning and delivery of cyber-related exercises, ensuring the highest level of cyber resilience and operational readiness.

About the Role

As a Senior Program Administrator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of exercises, working closely with internal and allied stakeholders to ensure effective planning and delivery. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining and managing project documentation, including work breakdown structures, risk registers, and reporting templates. You will also deliver updates and briefings to senior leadership, documenting lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the full lifecycle of exercises, from scenario development and logistics to execution and after-action reporting
Liaise with internal and allied stakeholders to plan and deliver exercise components effectively
Maintain and manage all project documentation: work breakdown structures, risk registers, and reporting templates
Deliver updates and briefings to senior leadership and document lessons learned for continuous improvement
Actively contribute to working groups and cyber readiness strategies across the department

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Experience in program or project administration, ideally within a federal government or cybersecurity-related environment
Proven ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives and manage complex project workflows
Excellent communication and documentation skills
A valid Government of Canada Level 2 – Secret clearance (mandatory)
Availability to work onsite in Ottawa and some travel in the Ottawa area
