President Trump: Thank you. It's an honor to introduce NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, a valued friend and ally. Despite our differing opinions on the importance of the November 5th elections, we are here to discuss critical issues, particularly our dissatisfaction with Russia. I want to express my disappointment with President Biden's handling of the Ukraine situation. If we don't see a resolution in 50 days, we may impose severe tariffs of up to 100% on secondary goods.

Our meeting today is crucial. We are the world's leading military manufacturer, as seen in our recent successful operations. We're prepared to support NATO and Ukraine with our advanced technology. The commitment to spend 5% of GDP on defense is a step forward, securing over a trillion dollars annually. Countries like Germany, Denmark, Sweden, and Norway are ready to contribute significantly.

Our past successes in conflict resolution, from India and Pakistan to the Congo, demonstrate that trade can foster peace. We aim to bolster Ukraine's defense and ensure peace in areas like Gaza, where past decisions have caused hardship.

Regarding the ongoing conflict, had I been president, I would have approached it differently to prevent civilian casualties. We must act swiftly, as missiles are now targeting Kyiv. A substantial arms deal is in progress, worth billions, to enhance NATO and Ukraine's capabilities.

Our unity is evident, with a strong commitment to defend Ukraine. We stand ready with the most advanced military technology at our disposal. The bravery of Ukrainian soldiers inspires us all. Our discussions with NATO leaders highlighted our collective resolve to cooperate on defensive strategies. We must ensure Ukraine's strength and avoid the need for such drastic measures as tariffs. Thank you, and let's work together for peace.
