2. Cybercrime: Also known as "Yahoo Yahoo," young people are involved in various internet scams and fraudulent activities, such as phishing, identity theft, and advanced fee fraud.

3. Cultism: Secret cults are active in some tertiary institutions and communities, leading to violent clashes, ritual killings, and other forms of criminal activities.

4. Corruption: There are reports of bribery and embezzlement of public funds by government officials, which affects the delivery of services to the citizens.

5. Prostitution: Despite being illegal, prostitution is practiced openly in some areas, often involving underage girls.

6. Human Trafficking: There are cases of people being tricked or forced into sexual exploitation or labor abroad, with many of the victims being from rural areas of Osun State.

7. Drug Trafficking: The state serves as a transit point for the movement of illicit drugs, such as cocaine, cannabis, and tramadol, to other parts of the country.

8. Kidnapping: There have been several reported cases of individuals being abducted for ransom, which often involves criminal gangs and can lead to the payment of large sums of money by victims' families.
