"An Open Letter to Nyesom Wike

Sir, I am compelled to express my deep concern and disappointment upon learning about the reported allocation of a 2 billion-dollar worth of land to your son. Meanwhile, the welfare of Abuja's public school teachers and students continues to deteriorate. It's disheartening to see that these educators have been unpaid for nearly three months, forcing our children to stay out of school.

During my visit to the FCTA, I encountered an ongoing protest by FCDA staff, who are also owed salaries for over six months. The environmental department shares the same plight, and the recent announcement of a minimum wage increase appears to be an empty promise. Furthermore, civil defense officers and police personnel are allegedly owed allowances, adding to the growing sense of despair.

As a stakeholder, I urge you to reassess your priorities. It is imperative that you focus on the development and welfare of our professionals in Abuja, rather than concentrating on power struggles in Rivers State. Our teachers must be paid, and our children deserve to return to school. I implore you to take immediate action to address these pressing issues.

Thank you to Verydarkblackman and all involved in bringing this matter to light. Our children's future depends on it."
