Oba of Benin supports Tinubu as APC governors tour Edo

The Oba of Benin, HRM Ewuare II, has urged governors to rally behind President Bola Tinubu by promoting peace and unity throughout the nation, irrespective of political, religious, or ethnic divides.

He made this request on Saturday while welcoming a delegation from the Progressive Governors' Forum, which includes elected governors from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), at his palace. The monarch praised President Tinubu for his leadership during difficult times and emphasized that, despite facing criticism, the President remains dedicated to the goal of national unity.
